The Self-Employment Training (SET) Program for Young Entrepreneurs is an initiative funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada-BC Workforce Development Agreement and delivered by S.U.C.C.E.S.S.. SET offers support to empower young adults between 17 and 29 through the process for self-employment / business startup in Metro Vancouver. Youth are screened into the Program based on their eligibility and the viability of their business.

SET follows an outcome-based approach with the reinforcement of experienced business coaches. The program’s flexibility and ongoing intake ensures that participants focus their time and efforts on activities that support them to achieve their career goals.
